Eligibility for Returns

●     Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

●     Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

●     For hygiene reasons, opened skincare items cannot be returned.

Refunds

●     Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

●     Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost to you.
